Job Responsibilities
- Manage testing and commissioning of water and wastewater onshore and offshore facilities (including FPSO)
- Lead development and execution of commissioning and startup plans
- Develop written procedures for testing, cleaning, and initial startup of major plant equipment and systems
- Manage coordination with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for system startup
- Provide training programs and materials for process plant equipment
- Manage commissioning process documentation, including commissioning data, as-built documentation, input to O&Ms, and design feedback
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts
- Prioritize customer satisfaction as key to achieving objectives
- Participate in acquisition and storage of business and technical knowledge
- Maintain Health and Safety as central to all tasks, contributing to a safe working environment
- Responsibly report safety issues and participate in practice improvements
- Ensure continuous professional development through external networking, conferences, associations, and industry groups
- Develop personally and technically
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach with open and honest feedback
- Attend Progress & Commissioning Meetings
- Compile commissioning documentation and deliverables
