Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to enhance organizational efficiency
  • Deliver Level 2 operational support and advanced troubleshooting for escalated issues
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for continual operational improvements
  • Serve as custodian of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support strategic initiatives and assist in designing frameworks to increase efficiency and improve service standards
  • Engage with stakeholders to define and implement service standards
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet operational requirements and targets
  • Track and analyze incidents to identify and address recurring operational challenges
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives
  • Assist with procurement and manage vendor relationships
  • Conduct research and analysis to support critical business decision-making
  • Perform data management and documentation to ensure record accuracy
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and supporting documentation
  • Identify opportunities for automation of day-to-day operational processes
  • Design and implement innovative automation solutions
  • Provide support for ad-hoc duties and assigned projects
  • Job Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management frameworks
  • Background in IT is a preferred additional qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Meticulous with exceptional record-keeping and documentation abilities
  • Proactive and positive work attitude
  • Demonstrated willingness and capacity to learn new skills and technologies
