Lead Generation & Prospecting
-Research and identify potential clients in Singapore within targeted industries
-Support outreach campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
-Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales executives
Sales Support
-Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demos for clients
-Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, or equivalent)
-Track client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
Client Engagement
-Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) with senior colleagues
-Understand client needs and map them to IFT World’s digital transformation solutions(automation, AI, IT outsourcing, cloud, etc.)
-Provide excellent customer service during the sales process
Collaboration
-Work closely with the marketing and pre-sales team to support campaigns
-Coordinate with delivery/technical teams for solution design input
-Share market insights and competitor updates with the team
-Bachelor’sdegree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
-0–2years of experience in sales, business development, or internship inIT/software/digital services (fresh graduates welcome)
-Stronginterest in digital transformation, IT outsourcing, automation, or cloudsolutions
-Goodcommunication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus)
-Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
