Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: –

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth as hunter role.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect CRM database to stay organized and informed.
  • Identify potential customers and opportunities for market share growth through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales activities, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Required Skills & Traits

Other Assignments: –

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, marketing, chemistry or equivalent, with Relevant Experience/s
  • Plan, organize, and control department activities such as costing, quotation, and tender.
  • Conduct resources and manpower planning to maximize utilization and meet sales targets.
  • Analyze and review customer feedback on project works and laboratory services.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure proper resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report delivery.
  • Study and understand market competitors’ activities and laboratory testing trends.
  • Plan and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve measurable sales targets.
  • Answer questions concerning pricing, capabilities, and the status of samples.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage own workload, multiple tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Well trained in CRM for maintaining and ensuring timely updates on project files
  • Perform eLIMS platforms in daily duties.
  • Review assigned accounts, client procedures, and products as necessary.
  • Using ComLims for preparation of quotations
  • Ensure accuracy of COA (Certificate of Analysis) and review, trend, or table results for key clients
  • Support, suggest, lead, and assist process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in sales visits and cold calls to potential clients.
  • Supervise and monitor samples (petroleum, water, etc.) collection and reports/certificates delivery activities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the management.
