Currently, they are looking for Junior Digital Marketing & Event Executive to assist them in their growing business. Candidates who are looking for dynamic, creative environment, enjoy talking to different people and do not mind to travel once or twice a year are welcome to apply.  

Job Highlights

  • Location: Suntec City
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (Might need to after work hours to support on Live Events)

Job Description: –

  • Attend client meetings and engage in conversations with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive execution plans for marketing campaigns and events, including resource allocation and deadlines.
  • Oversee the entire marketing campaign and event process, ensuring it aligns with the campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate project ideas, context, and objectives clearly and concisely.
  • Maintain a strong focus on project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Utilize high emotional intelligence to effectively work with diverse personalities and ensure smooth collaboration within the team.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
  • Be familiar with Marketing Funnels, Social Media and Digital Marketing Platforms

Required Skills & Traits

Job Requirements: –

  • 2 years of experience in social media marketing, on Meta, Google, TikTok platforms
  • Required to work after the usual work hours to support on Live Events (online or offline)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to upkeep a database of landing pages, sheets and data
  • Love to tick off items in a checklist.
  • Able to handle multiple projects at one go.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Aesthetic sense and attention to detail to ensure the marketing materials align with the brand image.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt communication styles to work effectively with different personalities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
